Focusing on which methodology works best for your organisation, highlighting how to empower your team, improve communication and make the process transparent. It will include an overview of quality and testing, either automated or manual, as well as why security should be at the forefront of minds when developing Enterprise-grade solutions. With an overview of Architecture and Project Management in the process, it will also highlight how cross-team working with Java and .NET can be enabled with Team Explorer Everywhere (TEE).
