tuServ is Black Marble’s award-winning application for policing, developed on Microsoft’s Universal Windows Platform (UWP), and delivered across devices, including tablets, laptops and phones.
Developed with operational police officers for operational police officers, tuServ is a revolutionary approach to digitising modern policing. It is designed to put the emphasis on crafting process and technology around operational needs, through improved accuracy, leading to more efficient use of resources.
Black Marble wanted to push the boundaries of what is possible with a UWP Application, through extending tuServ to run on HoloLens, as an interactive, shared, multi-person experience. This creates the possibility of having a portable Command and Control unit. Running tuServ on the HoloLens allows those in a Command and Control scenario to view officers and incidents on a map interface, providing an overview of everything going on in the area.
Command and Control can easily assign officers to incidents, communicate with officers on the ground and build a live picture of what is going on at a scene. With tuServ HoloLens your Command and Control unit becomes completely mobile at a moment’s notice.
